Miami Art Week kicks off at the very end of November and, over the course of the following days, features dozens of dynamic art happenings, among them Spectrum Miami and its sister art show Red Dot Miami. While they are distinct shows, the fairs will be held under one roof at Miami’s sprawling Mana Wynwood Convention Center from November 30 to December 4 and one ticket covers entry into both events.
Showcasing independent career artists and studios, Spectrum Miami provides an opportunity for attendees to discover new and innovative works.“We’re excited about Miami Art Week this year,” says Linda Mariano, managing director of marketing for Redwood Art Group. “Both of our fairs will be must-see events with an all new lay-out and programming.” Speaking to what distinguishes the two fairs, Mariano explains that attendees of Red Dot Miami “will experience modern and contemporary galleries representing mid-career and long-established artists, [while] Spectrum Miami showcases a full spectrum of exhibitors from independent career artists and studios, to emerging artists and younger galleries, creating an opportunity for attendees to discover new and innovative works.”
