The National Oil & Acrylic Painters’ Society (NOAPS) holds its fourth edition of the Best of America Small Works National Juried Exhibition, in which NOAPS members from the United States and around the world have been invited to compete. The annual juried event gives collectors the opportunity to explore artwork from some of the country’s top established and emerging artists, including Sandra Desrosiers, Cynthia Feustel, Deborah Tilby, Yana Beylinson, Lynne Polley and many others.
