Collector's Focus: In Plein Air

Back by popular demand after a strong response from galleries, artists and collectors in its inaugural year, is American Art Collector’s Collector’s Focus: In Plein Air. There are more than 300 plein air painter organizations in the country, which speaks to the popularity of painting outdoors, and the passion and dedication that artists feel about this age-old tradition. In recognition of this beloved way to paint, and collector-interest in the genre, American Art Collector returns with this special section dedicated to plein air painting in April, an especially vibrant month for plein air festivals and shows nationwide. No matter what your medium of choice, if you paint from life in plein air, carry plein air works in your gallery or are one of the many plein air organizations from coast-to-coast, don’t miss this once a year chance to promote your plein air artwork or event in this issue!
