Collector's Focus: Cityscapes

February 2026 Issue Special Feature

The February issue brings American Art Collector’s 16h annual Collector's Focus: Cityscapes, a special section dedicated to urban visions: street scenes, skylines, subway stops, industrial areas and other snapshots of city life. For some artists, the urban environment is as beautiful as the natural landscape, and perhaps more compelling. Whether sweeping aerial views of bridges and towering skyscrapers or an intimate moment shared between lovers at a sidewalk café, a building’s graffitied façade, working ports or a deserted street corner, the works featured in this section capture the endless textures of the city—the dynamic energy, glittering lights, as well as the unexpected moments of peace and solitude.
